My twin brother and I are really close (always have been). He really likes to look out for me and is really supportive. We talk on the phone every day and this has been problematic for my past boyfriends. I think they've been jealous. I'll admit that my brother is really good-looking and he is a talented musician. There's nothing sexual going on with my bro or anything like that but we are quite physically affectionate (snuggle/hug etc). Why can't I find a boyfriend who can measure up to my brother in my eyes and who can be friends with him and accept our close sibling relationship?

you are just going to have teach your bfs about twins there are alot that people do not understand about twins. Or like anthor person said find a twin to date then he will understand your closeness with your brother. No one is like your brother so you are not going to find someone just like him. Do not compare your bfs to your brother that is unfair to yor bfs.

Twins share so many things in common through out your lives. You and him will always be the best friends because you all can almost read each others minds. haha. Don't let it get in the way of another relationship. The world outside your family is going to be way different.

I think instead of finding someone that compares to your twin brother find someone that you can like foir themselves without comparing them to your twin brother . That is probably what is turning guys away so much they are being compared to your brother and they can never live up to that. Also if your not always comparing them to your brother yopu might actually meet someone that is not threatend by youyr brother and will be friends with him. Youi just might meet the right guy when your not looking so hard to find someone like your brother

Well for one u shopuldnt be looking for a guy to "compare" to ur brother!! that is so wrong!!
Guys need to understand why it is ur so close!!
Maybe see if they have something in common and put em together!!
let them spend time with ur bro without u around cuddling in front of ur current bf!!
