Lol you people are funny, pizza delivery? no way, and you dont need a liscense to buy and rehab a home, thanks anyway, but good answer to the factory job, ill try that, oh and one day ill be rich thru real estate , flipping and rehabbing homes for a profit, I just need a job to get capital to start my rehabbing business. No one gets rich off of degree's, look at Bill Gates

I listen to Robert Kiyosaki a lot and he suggests that you should not do a lot of fixing up. I am wanting to do real estate investing as well, but am doing a lot of research on it before I try my first. I believe it is a lot easier to lose money if you invest in fixing it up. He suggests finding tax deeds or tax lien certificates, bank foreclosures... You can try going calling each county and asking for lists of the tax deeds/lien certificates, ask when the next sells are, location of properties, rules on auctions, etc. I live in a rural community and am going to try talking to my banker to see if they can let me know first hand when a house has been foreclosed. I also find a lot of information on these at richdadpoordad.com in the forums. They have a discussion specifically on this. Hope that helps, as I am just learning as well. And some of the most successful people in life do not have a college degree. You could try network marketing www.automaticbuilder.com/oneharrycat I do it part-time and it is a good way to make some money, but it just takes time.

There arent a lot of jobs that are available for those without degrees. Go for something in the construction field to get some experience.

I don't think you're allowed to do that without some sort of degree... I believe that you need a real estate license to sell homes.
