Someone dressed up as a nightstand. More specificly a "one night stand" I thought it was hilarious....

My English teacher in high school dressed up as Jesse Ventura one year... she looked great!
A friend of mine made the Monarch costume for this year, but I think she's going to be Brock Sampson!

Once I saw a man wearing a robe with his *** sticking out. You know, it's one of those costume you see in a Party City advertisement. I said to him "nice costume", suddenly there was an awkward silence, then he said, "what costume?" The strange thing was, I believed him. I think he was too cheap to afford a costume so he went as himself.

I don't know about weird, but easy--Bag of Jelly Beans.
Put some elastic threaded through holes in one long side of tulle (netting) and tie it closed around waist. Fill the "bag" you have made around your body with multicoloured balloons--make sure you cut holes in the netting for your arms. Gather up the other long edge of the netting around your neck (once full of "jelly beans/Balloons) and tie with a ribbon.
Note for Men: If you are going as a woman (nurse, stewardess etc.) and need boobs, use water balloons for the jiggle effect.

A teacher once dressed up as a wad of gum stuck under a table. He dressed up in like a big pink blob with a little table with a lamp on it stuck on his head.

A woman dressed up as Batgirl, with thigh-high lace-up leather boots, a leather bikini bottom, a very nice cowl and bat-shaped pasties covering (barely) her breasts.

A guy wrapped himself in toilet paper. It started breaking & eventually he started looking like a heap of mess. He said he was trying to look like an egyptian mummy

We had a guy at work who had a sick sense of humor.
