I've been separated from my hsband for 3 days because he was cheating and disrespectful towards me. My cousin hooked me up with this guy this past weekend and so far he's been wonderful! Should I continue this relationship with him?

from what I understand , legally you should not be seen with another man until your divorce goes thru. Dating while still married can be used against you in divorce court. You've been separated 3 days and seeing a new guy for 3 days it seems. Slow down and catch your breath. There are lots of fish in the sea. I wouldn't call one weekend a relationship.

3 days??? umm nooo. the only reason u would be hooking up with this guy is to pay your husband back for cheating on u. And aren't ALL guys wonderful in the first little while?? I wouldn't jump into anything with anyone else yet. You have to decide if u want your marriage over for good first of all, and remember just because he was disrespectful and a jerk for cheating on u doesn't mean its right for u to do it too.

If I were you I certainly would not jump straight from one relationship into another. You need time to re-adjust, to try to make some reason why your marriage failed and to get your life back on track. Be independent for a while, enjoy the company of your friends and just chill out a little. At the moment you are giving the impression of being a needy woman. I wish you luck.

You shouldn't be dating anybody yet in the first place. Even though you have left your husband you are still legally married to him. Two wrongs do not make a right. Having a friend of the opposite sex is not wrong. You could have him come over to yourcousins for a meal and watch some movies or play cards or games.

Either get a divorce or go back. He may not be cheating on you, he may just be wondering what has happened to you? If you want to be with this other guy then you should get a divorce first. Do it the proper way. Don't leave your husband hanging like that.

No way. Three days is definitely not long enough to be out of the relationship with your husband before thinking you will make wiser choices now.
Give it a few months to see how things are going to shake out with your husband before you even think about getting into another relationship. Then give it another few months just to be sure.
