Sure there are. They advertise on telephone poles and in the newspaper classifieds. They will gladly give you half of what your house is worth because that is how they make their money. If you are willing to take the financial hit, you can arrange a closing in a matter of a couple of days.

Hi, Yes, of course there are plenty of investment companies out there willing to buy properties. However, there must be a vested interest on thier part. Meaning, you'll have to swallow some of the equity you have built-up in order for them to see a profitablbe investment. Are you in financial trouble or need to sell the home immediately? It also depends on how much you owe on the home as well. They will take all these things into consideration.
