CPU is your main processor located on your motherboard, the GPU is the main processor located on your video card.
Either way, make sure that the cooling fan is not clogged and is in fact running. If it is clogged, turn off your computer, hold the fan in place and use canned air to clear the obstruction. DO NOT let the fan just blow around when using canned air, as it can cause the bearings in the fan to warp or break (some are just plastic).
If that still doesn't help, you can try adding another fan to your computer case OR you can get a bigger fan and/or heat sink for your processor. Either way, more air movement, generally helps with keeping things cooler.

first of all it is cpu not gpu and u need a new fan for your moter board
