Not only are there many questions that have no answer there have been several schools of philosophy devoted to explaining why there are such questions, the most notable being the Logical Positivists.

Just because a questiion can be framed in the English language does not mean it has an answer. For example the question 'Is the King of France bald' has no answer because there is no King of France, another example along the same line would be 'Are all unicorns white?'.

Other questions that would be considered meaningless (in that they have no answer) would include questions about origins such as 'why is there something rather than nothing', but that opens up another whole can of worms.

Every question can have an answer - the key point would be whether the answer is right or wrong. In other words, every question need not have the right answer. Is that possible?

Yes, if we assume that this universe is the result of chaos and not an orderly system. However, to the best of our knowledge, this universe is meticulously orderly - in that situation, every question would have a right answer, whether we know or not.

Technically, the answer must be 'No. There is no question which has no answer.' because "I don't know" is in fact, an answer.

There are also two kinds of questions. Rhetorical questions do not really require an answer, so you could say they don't 'have' an answer. And some questions are unanswerable either because we have not discovered the answer, or we have an answer but can not prove it. Some people will not accept an answer that can't be "proven."

;-D So, in reality, there are many questions that do not have answers.

yes there are questions that do not have a final answer. the first is what is the last number ? the answer is infinite their is no answer because they keep going. another is space there is not clear or specific answer. words as long as there are life forms there will always be new words. energy is another subject with out a definate answer. the biggest question which has no answer is knowledge because the brain is like a sponge is soaks up any and all information it never stops learning.

Yes friend why one there are lot of questions which have no real/ture answers to one's conscious many times. Like the following;

What is life ?
Do you love me ?
Are you happy ?
When can any one stop earning ?
What is the best way of living ?
and so .........on

No one can give satisfying answers to the above sort of questions, except the person who has asked these questions.
May be your questions falls in this category, I believe.

Any way I hope you have not asked the above question in the child category like " how many stars are there in universe ? "

But I will also be happy to get better feed back for your question.

Good luck

lots, in fact, I think that you could think of one for every category in Yahoo answers.

the scientist's can ponder gravity, or perhaps what is matter ultimately made of.

Philosophers can tackle what will happen in the next minute.

math geeks can evalulate -0

art freaks can try to explain why we like art

and so on.

If you are saying "is there some question that no one will venture answer for?" I haven't found it yet.

there will always be an answer but what exists is an absence of the knowledge required to answer the question. its like asking a question about something that has yet to be discovered or invented, until this idea or thing is discovered we will have no knowledge of it

Yes. If you believe in God, then answer this question. Can an object be created that is so massive that not even God can lift it?
If you say yes, God can create such an object, then that would mean that God would be too weak to lift it; if you say no, then that would mean that God's power is limited because nothing is supposed to be impossible for a god.
