what does it stand for? i tried looking it up but th words dont match the abrefeation or what ever i think its about a childrens fund

It is not rude, using caps means each individual letter stands for a whole word, in this case the United Nations Childrens Fund.
The all caps / rude thing is a neurotic byproduct of some of the anal nerds tha frequent the net. IGNORE them, I do and I AM HAPPY !
