The InuYasha manga hasn't finished yet, so we haven't been given the answers to these questions yet. If you want to follow the story, here's the latest manga chapters

it all depends if u mean the anime then yes they end up togather but naraku no. at the last ep (which is 167) inyasha trys to get narakus heart but fails. after that inuyasha and kagoma are setting on top of a tree talling how its going to be ok. they act them same of the most part. which is all been they love each other but don't really show it too much. as 4 the hold time thing???? wut do u mean she has all ways been able 2. excluding 1 of the movie were inuyasha stop her from comming back to his time. (it was done 2 protect her). sadly no they havn't kill any of the naraku or the 2 guy helping him. sangos brother its still not free from naraku but he can think 4 himself. they r not making any more anime of inuyash. it is however in the manga its still going :) has 4 inu and kagome they only kiss in the movies. the movie was thred of time or some like that

The anime series end before they kill Naraku but the manga still continues so I wouldn't really know but considering how Ranma 1/2 turned out I think they will end up together.

There are theories supporting that they will eventually end up together in the Manga. They don't even profess their feelings in the anime. In the movies it's different of course but I believe that one day they will kill Naraku after receiving the jewel shards from Kikyo who eventually dies, Kohaku who also dies trying to save the group from Naraku, and Koga who gives them up to Kagome. It is proposed that Inu Yasha will use the jewel to turn himself full human and they will end up together with children and the works. But again, this is just a theory.

Well, it's kind of hard to answer. In the final episodes they get very close together. I don't remember, but in think they kiss...
As for Naraku, they don't kill him...

as for naraku...I dont know.
