Well, a wad is a bunch of stuff all jammed together, like a wad of paper or a wad of clothes or something but I can't think of any wads of food . . . particularly BBQ style !

You mean "what" food? Pork, chicken and beef usually, but I think any meat can be cooked BBQ style.

Here's my pulled pork recipe....

I always cook my pulled pork (shoulder cut) in the crockpot.... I use a fifty fifty mix of BBQ and water, until it nearly covers the meat. (usually about one large bottle of sauce)

Cook on high for about 8 hours.(I think it would be the same for a beef brisket, but you may want to play with the cook time.)

Drain all the liquid before shredding the meat. Serve as is or put it on bulkie rolls. You can add sauce to taste afterward. I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.... so yummy!
