If I had to pick I guess the most accurate would be Professor X. Patrick Stewart was exactly who I used to picture in my mind as I read the comics.
The least accurate would definitely be Rogue. She was too shy and timid in the movies and way too young.

I'd have to go with Wolverine. While there still were a few things here and there that could have been changed/improved...the Wolverine of the X-men movies was by far closer to his comic book counterpart than the other characters.
Physically, Hugh Jackman was a good pick to represent him and he was generally portrayed very well, the only criticism I have is that the customary witty sarcasm and phrases I've known comic wolvie to use now and then weren't quite there in the movie...also, comic Logan would give me more reasons to smile, while movie Logan...well does not really...his mood...seems to...flounder around in this ever present pool of seriousness and angst...comic Wolverine is more fun than movie Wolverine.

Um... since the characters from the films had to be altered from their comic book counterparts (ever so slightly) so the basic film-going audiences could be able to watch it and understand, I would have to go with Shadowcat on this one. The writer(s) actually had the character in the film moreso like when she had first started out with the X-Men: very abrasive and head-strong.
Well... if they ever make another X-Film, let's hope the Shadowcat they portray is the more calm, collective, and ninja using one I've come to really love.

I think Jean Grey was the most like the comic interpretation. She was kid of a follower in the movie, and the comic.

Cyclops - the movie version wasn't the assertive field commander from the comics, but otherwise they got him spot on.
ShadowCat - pretty darn close! Just no pet dragon

None of them really.
They changed the characters around SO much that they're not even the same X-Men. I wouldn't even call them the X-Men.
They're a completely different, alternate reality group of mutants from another timeline and dimension.

Nearly None. XD
Mystique probably.
The Cartoons mess up with her. She has limits. She has tricks to how she has survived but she had limits. I don't recall them messing up with her like they have done in the Cartoons.
