Let sit 3 to 4 days, if not 2 weeks. Strain by squeezing through clean cotton and bottle. You now have a wonderful, mild garlic oil that you can use internally or externally to destroy anything that is bothering you from athlete’s foot to ear infections and everything in between.
Diabetes and garlic: Use garlic to reduce blood sugar and increase insulin production. You need 6 or many more large raw cloves a day to lower sugar.

I love using fresh herbs in all my cooking but the best all purpose herb I think is Garlic. I won't repeat what has already been stated in a previous post about garlic, I just agree with it.

I prefer garlic because of its health benefits .. it's a good anti-oxidant, helps your digestive and immune system, your blood, etc. It was also used to treat infections prior to the disovery of penicllin.
