I'm going to an 80's party this Friday and i'm going for the off the shoulder look. Any tips, if i'm to cut the shirt/sweater myself?

sidy ponytail, lots and lots of lace (think madonna) and wear leg warmers, layers of necklaces, big hair styles, that kind of thing.
If you want to cut your shirt into that off the shoulder look just cut it slanted down on the shoulder part. Its quite easy.

Put your hair on a side ponytail, wear neon colors, wear a scrunchie, and legwarmers. The legwarners would look good with spandex pants and an off the shoulder sweater/shirt.

the basic style in the 80's was to have a very prominent v- neck. also, a shirt would be more classic with a creamy pair of triusers
