It's coming. If you just started your period, you are still getting regulated. It's normal to have breast tenderness & be tired when you are menstruating.

Hi! Don't be afraid. (If you are see a doctor.) When you start your period, it doesn't always run in a certain pattern. Sometimes it comes and gos in 28 days sometimes 36 sometimes every 2 weeks. It also sometimes just stops even when you are not pregnant. During your life, you will change as your hormones change. You are normal. When your hormones change and you become a woman, your breasts become tender, harder and fuller. The white stuff is discharge and is also normal. If the color changes to brown or red it means there is probably something going on in your uterus that you should talk to your mom or doctor about. 12 to 15 days after your period you should have sticky, thick discharge and that means you are ovulating, which is the only time you can become pregnant if you have sex at that time. Try staying a virgin as long as possible because there are 52 sexual diseases out there and no man is worth taking that chance with your body unless he puts a ring on your finger! As for feeling tired, as you get older you need iron and when you are old enough to have a period, your body looses vitamins and minerals.(The menstrual blood is filled with vitamins and minerals from your body that would feed a baby if you were to become pregnant.) Ask your mom to get you a good vitamin. It should be a liquid like Geritol with iron etc. because your body absorbs it better. Pills, sometime just get pooped out cuz the body can't break them down. Try to become friends with your mom because you will always mostly take after her hormonal problems and she can help you the best. If you don't have a mom, talk to a woman over 25 yrs. old cuz they usually know more about woman problems. Some women almost always feel tired and after lunch is a normal time for grown women and men to feel tired. That's why in European countries, they take a rest after lunch. You are normal and I hope You have a wonderful womanhood, sweetie!

This is normal. For the first year, most girls don't have a regular cycle. Or you could be like me and have what it referred to as a normal abnormal cycle. You think three/four a month is bad? How about 15 days every 45?
Tired? Changes in breasts? Your body is just adjusting to everything. Keep active, drink water and make sure your iron count is good.
The white stuff is just a discharge. Wear a pantyliner for a month (when not bleeding) and record how much. This is important, as some discharge is normal, but a lot is not. Also the smell is important. Make an appointment with a doctor and ask questions.

It just means you are growing up. Your body takes a while to regulate. Sometimes people never do. If you have many concerns take it up with your Dr, who will refer you to an OB/GYN if you don't have one.
