okay, so im not that bad, its just that i have started taking lovenox injections daily and wondered if anyone who takes insulin or these injections has any advice?

Just try to distract yourself with something. For example, when you're taking injections listen to some really loud music - headphones. It works.

Imagery, imagine you can't live without the contents. you will either lose your fear of needles or will be hooked on heroin. Either way your good to go
