both are equally important,to keep God favor you must ask for forgiveness when you've wrong someone and before you do something or take something you should ask permission

Permission by far!! People aren't capable of forgetting, therefor they have a hard time forgiving. It never really goes away. They may want to forgive you and think they have until the next time they have the slightest bit of doubt then all the insecurities that come along with forgiving rush back in. If you ask permission then at least you are being honest and up front. Then the other person gets a chance to choose if they want to be involved or not.
