if i go to school and i asked at least 100 girls if they wanted to go study with me at the library, so i can later ask them out to lunch or coffee, what are the odds that at least 1 of them will say yes?

You have just gone and repeated your previous Q.

Well assuming that 50% of the girls already have boyfriends or dates, you have a 50% of the remainder saying yes for the library so, lets assume that 25 girls say yes. Maybe 50% of the remainder will have some other work to do or maybe a class to attend or whatever. So you are left with 12 or 13 girls, of which maybe you wouldn't want to be seen dead with half of them, so that leaves you with 6 or 7 girls. If you are presentable and honorable, well maybe 50% of the remainder don't like honorable people, so you are left with as many as 3-4 girls, of who maybe one or two may say yes for coffee or lunch.
So 1 out of 100-the chances are good if the above assumed figures hold good. Lmao!

Well the odds of them saying yes to go study in the library are quite good, even better if you are actually smart. Your odds decrease signifigantly when you start to ask them out on dates. The chances that they are already involved are at least 50%.

well do you ask 1 at a time or all at once?
and
1 of them saying yes to the 1st question
or
1 of them saying yes to both questions?

ok 1 at a time - 50% chance or 1:2 odds for 1 question
and yes to both questions - 50% twice = 25% chance
or 1:4 odds for both questions w/yes answer

now all at once - you have a 99% chance or 99:100 odds
that 1 will say yes to 1 question
and yes to both questions - 99% twice = 48% chance
or 12:25 odds for both questions w/yes answer

mabey the megaphone isn't such a bad idea after all
as you would almost double your odds of at least 1 out
of 100 answering yes to both questions

How old are you?
How old are the girls you're asking?
If aplicable, Are the girls in your leauge?
Do you know these girls?
How well?

If you are talking just random people you don't know I would say the odds are lower than if you know them unless you are Tommy Lee in college...

Good luck tho!!!

Are you going to ask them one by one, or do it all at once and use a megaphone?
