The media IS biased... Fox news is biased and so is CNN. I am a conservative but I am not so blind that I am brainwashed into believing that either one of these networks is completely midline. For all you liberals out there, use your brain and form your own opinions. POLLY WANT A CRACKER? Don't be a sucker.

To jaco: Yes, I live in this world. I read the news daily. However, I am looking for a concrete quote that will help to define this issue. I am looking for a SPECIFIC quote. No smarty-pants please.

This article heavily favors Democrats over Republicans. It shows the momentum of the Democratic Party, and gives the Dems strategies for defeating the Republicans.

Clear example of Liberal Bias.

The right uses the media as well, to lie, cheat their way into power, then ignore the issues that are facing us right here today in the good old USA. Spend most of their day, covering up, the mess they've been making for the last 6 years. Sorry, it can't all be swept under the carpet. Foley, Abrahamoff, Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, and all the rest, would make it very lumpy.
Many of the right are running around the world trying to appease the beasts at large, only enraging them further. This right (wrong) administration ignores the facts, and continues on haphazardly, straight toward the abyss. With any luck, they will all fall in. A lot of followers will jump in after them.

The elite left use the term "racism" to shut down any discourse because it is politically incorrect to be considered a possible racist. I think this elite group basically thinks they are better suited to decide how the great unwashed public should live because in their view they are more educated and better informed. This may have been true in past centuries when the educated were usually priests, newspaper reporters and educators but I question if it still holds true today. Now the elite use political correctness and a laundry list of "experts" to argue their superiority. I remember the debate when Gore used audible sighs and yawns giving me the impression Gore was so far above his opponent, Gore could not believe he had to waste his time with this debate. Now I may agree President Bush Jr. was not a rocket scientist, but I found Gore rude. As to your question on Anti American, I believe the Far Right brings this label up more than the left to shut conversation.

Just read your news on the net. You get nothing but the distinct impression that the problem the world got right now is US.
There was news US is rethinking strategy in Iraq by Bush himself.
Then there was a US diplomat talking about US arrogance and stupidity .
Don't you live in this world???

Would it not stand to reason that if what you are accusing the "Left" of doing is true, it should be very easy to find many quotes. Possibly your ques. is just more Republican "anti-left" lies?
