Met Kevin Bacon one time in Chicago at Rainforest Cafe on a 10th grade field trip. He wasn't a jerk but wasn't out of his way nice either. And he was sitting so I don't know how tall he was and trust me Kevin Bacon is ugly no matter if he is in real life or on tv but obviously the make up on the big screen must help because he actually looks worse (didn't realize that was possible) Anyways after he left my friend was so excited that she saw a famous person that she went over and took a drink out of all of the water glasses on the table. When we asked her why she said she didn't know which one in particular was his so if she drank out of all of them she was sure to get the right one. That is when I realized I don't know who is more crazy the people who live in hollywood or the ones who wish they did!

I got to shake Jesse Jackson's hand last week at a rally in Chicago.
He was nice - spoke very well on the issue at hand. Led the march, then ended with a prayer and singing "We Shall Overcome."
He was a lot taller than I thought he'd be. Around 6', I would guess, if not taller. Actually, he's probably taller than that, now that I think about it.
I guess since it's the Reverend Jackson, I haven't given a lot of thought to how he looks. He's a nice-looking man, I guess.

I met Bruce Campbell at the book signing of his autobiography "If Chins Could Talk" at the local Barnes and Noble. SUPER nice, and very funny, better looking in person than on TV. He sang to me "Brandy, You're a Fine Girl" even though I have heard it a million times, there is just something awesome about a "B-Movie Actor" crooning it to you. Very very nice and super cool guy.
I also met David Draimen (Lead singer of Distrubed) when Disturbed opened for Danzig. They were just starting to promote their single "The Sickness". He stood across the rope next to us, and we all made small talk and rocked out together while Danzig was on. He was really short but also a very very cool guy.
Oh yeah, I met Brooks and Dunn when I was like 12 and their first album, Neon Moon came out. They were doing a signing in a mall and they looked very very rushed and agitated. I guess that I can't blame them, there was like a mile long line.

I got to meet all 5 band members of Candlebox who were my favorite band in high school last month after their concert at Ridglea Theater. They were all really nice too. They were sitting down signing autographs so I couldn't really tell how tall they were
I've never seen them on TV before but I can tell you that they looked better 10 years ago.Only one of them is still hot.I've also meet CJ from Drowning Pool at OZZFEST '95 while he was doing a meet and greet.

I have met Johnny Horton, a country music star from several decades ago, Roy Acuff, another country star from the past, and Ferlin Husky. Another country star.
Johnny Horton was very pleasant, was tall and was older looking than his pictures. He died about two years later in a car crash.
The others were pleasant.
I met George W. Bush when he was running for
governor in Texas. He was very nice, about my height (I'm 6'1") and good looking. That was about 13 years ago, so he looks older now.

50 Cent, he came where I work. He had his bodyguards with him, they didn't allow anyone close to him. Some lady and her daughter were able to get an autograph. He actually came by twice, but the first time I missed him. I was surprise that he was tall, but then again I'm not the tallest guy in the room.
