How do you take a codec off?

I was using FRAPS to film something in my game, and I want to take the FPS-1 Codec off to put it on my PSP, is this possible? If so what program should I use?

I am not sure what formats you are starting with. But you will want to convert them to MPEG-4. Maybe www.download.com has a convertor you can use.
