how can i make a really quick c02 car?

i need to make a c02 car for my class and the weight limit is 45 and if anyone can give ideas or pics of how it can be quicker then feel free to post :)

2. Fit Blackwing air filter.
3. Fit aftermarket performance exhaust
4. Reprogram EMU
5. Laugh at Honda Civic's.
