Ok, a runt is usually the smallest one in the litter... A dwarf is usually a birth defect (kinda like a midget)... Except in the case of dwarf bunnies, they are always smaller than other rabbit breeds.

A lot probably hence the term, the runt of the litter. Cats definitely. My cat was a runt and she kicked out like 6 litters, so it's not all that bad.

Yes, any animal can,, my puppy has had some runts before,, if they live, they make good dogs.

Yes, I have five a [cat and four kittens], my kitties are all black and white except the little runt shes a little black cat I named Luna, shes really little and I have to keep her away from the other kittens because they like to pick on her, they bit her and pounce on her because shes so little she cant really fight back.
