my computer keyboard mouse was fine then my sister went on it she said all she did was press the shift key too long and all of a sudden the numbers dont work>
so can u help me im going crazy looking for a answer to fix this

Turn your computer off UN plug it from power wait for a minute or two, plug it again turn it on ,it should recover.

All you have to do is hold the shift down again for about 5 seconds and it will work.

Maybe the sticky keys are turned on? Go to the start window and click on control panel, click on Accessibility Options(If you have XP you might have to click on switch to classic view first, its on the left) and then on the keyboard tab at the top. If the sticky keys are turned on then the first box will be checked. To turn them off all you have to do is click on the checked box and click apply.

the easiest way is to go to accessibility options from control panel. and chooese keyboard. then untick use stickykeys.

use no. right side to u r keyboard. check no.lock.....may be shift button is spoiled.....restart the computer and check...
