You either look at this laughable movie as a misunderstood classic or total crap.
I happen to think it's the silliest, unscary installment of the bunch.
Badly shot, badly acted, bad plot...man!
& was that white-haired old guy supposed to be *scary*?

I like the fact that they tried to do something different but, different isn't always good. This movie shouldn't have been made. Halloween I is a classic and one of my favs, Halloween II at least had Jamie Lee Curtis naked!! Bonus.

I agree you. The first two were classics but the third was just a "What the hell was that" type of thing. It had nothing to do with the other two movies. It was just on so I watched it for a good laugh. I also just got the plot of the movie after all these times of watching. BUt now that stupid song is stuck in my head. eight more days till halloween, halloween. And I think the white haired guy(tom atkins?) must have had some sort of contract with carpenter because he was in the fog, and escape from new york so maybe he had a 3 movie deal or something.

Alot of people think this is a terrible movie. I don't. I think it's OK. Not good but just OK. People hated it largely because it was called HALLOWEEN III and it didn't involve Michael Myers. Granted it was false advertising. But I would rather see this one again than any of the awful sequels that followed it.

It was ok I like because it is part of the Halloween movies but it really doesn't have anything to do with the rest of them but atleast we get a little promo of the 1st Halloween when he is at that bar and one part when he is in that room when that guy put that mask on him you know

i thought Halloween 2 was good, but the sequels after that were just so boring....
