Flipping burgers at McDonald's. (Although, you probably have to be able to count the remaining burgers in the freezer so you can tell your manager when you are running low, so maybe even the most menial job requires math!)

(a million) = 3/9 = a million/3 (2) = 4/3 (3) = a million/3 x 5/7 = 5/21 (4) = 9/12 = 3/4 (5) = 15/2 (6) = 15/6 (7) = 5/8 x 24/a million = 15 (8) = 7/4 x 20/a million = 35 (9) = 9/28 (10) = 8/7 x 5/2 = 20/7 (11) = a million/8 (12) = 2/15 (13) = a million/2 (14) = 11/10 (15) = 7/6 x 2/5 x 30/a million = 14/a million = 14 (sixteen) = 4/9 x sixteen/a million x 2/8 = sixteen/9 (17) = a million

none. math is a vital part of life.

even an artist or painter uses math-- how much paint does his project require, how many days he can be available to shoot a film, hhow much money and respect you earn.. ther's always math as there are number of days, money, and years to live.. there is always numbers and math, that is why it is created, because it is an essential part of life, just as science and religion..just as the number of a heartbeat and breath, (infant vs. toddler vs. adults)we study it.. and live with it

=)
