Most of the time it will stop affecting you this way once your body gets used to the drug. Paxil, for one, causes issues for both men and women but after some time it goes away. Speak with your doctor as there may be a different medicine he can give you that wont affect you like this.

If it's soft or doesn't stay hard, try a cock ring. If you just seem to take forever to "get there", note that some anti-depressants are known to delay ejaculation. For instance, Paxil is used to treat premature ejaculation if taken one hour before intended action. If that's the problem, maybe taking the dose at a different time of day from when you plan to get some action, if this is okay with the doctor. If above tips fail, ask your doctor if there are other types of antidepressant without that side effect.

Speak with your physician about this problem. A lot of docs don't tell their male patients about problems with getting it up and/or getting off. There are medications that can help you. Never be shy to speak with a physician about sexual matters. Physicians have sex too, you know.
