I've been cutting French 1 and Music Theory. I've been absent a lot, and I'm afraid to go back to all of that. I've missed so much in french and I know they're all gonna yell, but what I need is help! I have so much going on in my life, and I get tons and tons of Homework everyday because I have every class everyday and I don't get home until 5:30 - 7:00 pm. What should I do?

approach the teachers of french and music and explain how snowed under you have been and ask them for help. they may be able to suggest some extra catchup work at a time you can manage. and with a little help you will be able to get back on track. don't let it go on any longer, it will only get worse.
once you approach someone for help, you will feel so relived and be able to plan how to move forward. remember enjoy life and if things are a little tough for a while, you will make it through with a bit of determination, and guess what, school is such a small part of our life, it will be over before you know it. good luck, I'm sure your teachers will be able and willing to help once they know you want help. keep smiling.

First thing you should do is get your priorities straight. What do you want to do with your life? And what is going on in your life that is more important than school?
Cutting school doesn't make a lot of sense, because all you're doing is limiting your future options. Cutting back on the extra-curricular activities does make sense, because that will give you the time to fulfill your homework obligations, and have a little free time for yourself. You don't have to give up everything, but you are well on the way to trashing your year -- and it's only October!
Take some time out for yourself, draw up a schedule that gives you a reasonable amount of time for homework and some time for extra curricular activities -- and then stick to it.
And quit cutting classes. Yes, you'll get yelled at, but if you're smart you'll talk to the teacher(s) and tell them you're turning over a new leaf and ask for their assistance in making up the classes you've cut.

It's time you learn that actions have consequences. Start going to class immediately and face the yelling. Trust me, you'll get through it. At least you'd be doing the right thing for a change, instead of letting your fear control you, resulting in you making things worse.

I don't know what you have going on in your life, but you're going to have to find a way to reduce it if you're going to do well in your classes. Focus on what matters most and put the rest aside.

Being afraid is no excuse for not having character. Grow some and start doing what's right no matter how scary it is. You won't regret it, trust me.

Straighten up and fly right, kid! Quit cutting classes. Go to school everyday, and go to your teachers and apologize for cutting class and ask them how you can make up all that you missed. If you are sincere, I am sure they will be willing to give you a chance to make up your work.

Good luck kid. And remember, you are only hurting yourself when you cut classes!

Sounds to me like there are two issues here. The first issue is that you put too much on your plate at once. The second issue is that you are prone to anxiety. I would go and talk to your guidance counselor to see what they can help with. They are the liason between the students and teachers

You need to set your priorities. Right now, your education is the priority. How are other kids handling their workload? If you feel overwhelmed, perhaps you should talk to a school counselor to see why. They are the best ones qualified to help you with this problem.

what should you do?
grow up and take some responsibility-you are not helpless unless you choose to be helpless. cutting class doesn't make you helpless it makes you lazy and selfish. Face up to it take the consequences and move on.

What is more important your friends now, that won't be around in ten years, or an education that will last a life time. Think about it.
