Address and Name of Toshiba Owner or President?

I need to communicate with the Toshiba President because The customer Service is not fixing my Lap top and I am sick and tired of it. This is the 4th time I send it to get fixed and it's still the same (months !). HELP!!!

Toshiba should be a public company.... all their info should be online.........

go to toshiba website. there you can find owner name and e mail id and company address.
