I can see why - LOL, unless your next door neighbor gave out egg rolls first - most kids wouldn't be happy with soy sauce.
Once, Trick-or-treating was almost over, but we dipped into the spare change can and started throwing in pennies. No one complained.

Yes, but that is when I shut off my porch light and forgot about the rest of the night. It wasnt a tragedy though- there is no reason why I should go broke on the neighborhood kids, especially those WAY to old to come out...

Last year i swear a 17 year old came to my door dressed like a skateboarder (normal look because i seen him around). I told him he was tacky and rude for asking for candy that was for the little kids who actually TRIED to dress up...

shame on the big beggers... and double shame on the parents who ok it....

LOL
Yes I have and I had some canned goods I gave out. The next year some kid was REALLY looking forward to some more viennie sausages and was kinda dissapointed with the snickers bar.

Once I forgot to buy candy and gave out pennies. Luckily, I didn't have many trick or treaters.
And I wasn't old.

I run out every halloween. Doesn't help it's good and I/we snack on it. Lol. Plus there are like 10,000 kids and even teenagers every year.

Will 15 bags at 8.99 each be enough this year... hmmmmm....

No.
Where I live. Two years ago, (the first year I lived there) no kid came to trick or treat at my door.
Last year, one group did. A group of three.

I was there all nigh, disapointed.
