Try washing your ring-piece more often. Get a good power shower spray going on it, plenty of soap, give it a good lathering and rinse, there you go, a squeaky clean 'shiney' ring. If it still itches after that, see your Doctor.

Might be a yeast infection. Are you eating well? Plenty of rice, followed by an apple will help to create a healthy bacteria in the digestive track.

I would suspect pin worms. Take a stool sample with you to the doctor. They are fairly easy to get rid of with prescription medicine. The itching is horrible!

It sounds like worms you can buy a tablet at the chemists which gets rid of them. I dont know what the treatment is called tho.

do you wipe it clean and bath?? if so dehydration will do that.. or if you have back problems.. fluid will build up around you back muscles and bones.. and usually it is caused by induced dehydration.. you body needs the water and gets it from the large intestine.. leaving the fecal matter unusually dry... similar to dehydration

You either aren't keeping it clean enough .. or hemmorids .. or ring worm. I'd see a doctor and have it checked out. Good Luck ! :)

maybe you have ringworm infection like trichuris trichuria. you can get this from the soil or by scratching your bottom too often with dirty hands.
