What do you put in your Salad?

I like spinach, boiled eggs,tomatoes, cucumbers,green olives
and chicken to top it off...umh me...

I ♥ salad my fav food I use Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Boiled Egg, Shredded Cheese, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Newman's Lite Italian dressing with sunflower seeds and Croutons but I always have to crush my croutons like bread crumbs lol I'm a weirdo :) and I have to have pepper ontop

I like nice Romaine and Iceberg lettuces, tomato, cucumbers... with ranch dressing and Ritz crackers on top.

Actually my favorite salad is Italian Antipasto - LOTS of cold cuts and mozarella cheese, olives, tomato, and vinegar dressing. Yummy!

Wow, what a question. Depends on the salad. AND your dressing. Calamata olives are yummy, have you tried them? Toasted nuts, marinated artichoke hearts, sliced roasted red peppers, butter lettuce, arugala, romaine, crab meat, shrimp, sweet red onion, fennel--STOP ME. Of course I don't mean all this stuff in one salad! I like all the things that you do, as well. Oh. Crisp bacon bits! Sprouts.....ALWAYS EVOO--try some homemade croutons, lemon or lime zest, champagne vinegar..

cucumber(English, thinly sliced)
Yellow pepper(thinly sliced strips)
Craisins
Toasted almond slivers
top it all off with raosted Red Pepper and Parmesean dressing

Do you usually toss salads? I like to have my salad tossed. Spinach mixed with ice-burg - mushrooms - dried cranberries - pine nuts - sunflower seeds - pecans - crushed walnuts - almond shavings - feta crumbles - blue cheese crumbles - a pinch of finely minced basil - and grapes cut into thin slices - topped with rice noodles and almost any vinaigrette. Delicious
