not much use on the movie front, though The Devil Wears Prada is being talked about a lot, but music is a bit easier. Electro is becoming a really popular genre, breaking through into loads of cities right now. Loads of new bands tryingt o sound like The Fratellis just now - Arctic Monkeys still reigning popularity charts in loads ofplaces, Snow Patrol have happily re-emerged after spending loads of time in the States, they are touring urope just now then coming back to UK to do huge arena tour. Music in general is huge just now - ticket sales have been going through the roof for the last year after internet downloading has helped teh artists reach far bigger audiences, but now all the companies have got in on the act and there new venues opening everywhere so although there are enough bands to fill the venues, there aren't enough punters - need to watch this space and see what happens but I think a lot of smaller independent venues are about to go down. Emo is still really popular but general cheese has found it's place again now that all the students are back and frequenting every dodgy club with drinks promos that they can find. Don't know if that was the sort of info you were after, but there you go anyway.

Always impossible to answer questions like best or worst as at the end of the day it's only an opinion - the only person who can say what is best or worst is you ... one man's meat is another man's poison, isn't it?

Trends of course is another matter but as I've no idea, I'll leave that to someone else as I've NEVER been a follower of fashion or a sheep. I like what I like and I dislike what I dislike. Well there's no accounting for taste, is there? :)

For music, try Drum & Bass / Jungle, or lounge music, or break beats. Or you can just listen to mainstream stuff, but that's just rubbish (my opinion).

For movies, try Almodovar, Scorcese.

For music, there's Chasig Cars by snow patrol and there's also my chemical romance.
Films... hmm.... I don't know, that's more amatter of personal taste.
