Athletes, People can see them more often, If you live in the Heartland You don't see Actors and Musicians everyday like in Hollywood.
Athletes are in Every City in America, they More People see them the Bigger their Celebrity Status is, and Your Local Economy depends on Sports Superstars More then Music Star who stop by once of Every Two Years on Tour, and Movie Stars who stop by Once in Lifetime, Sport Stars are Critical in Most Major Cities and that why are Bigger.

They have different talents. People are seeing celebs from their own point of views. One will say, actors are the bigger celebs and
others will tell you, the athletes, the musicians....

yeah, celebs are dumb. rarely any one actually good shows up. and i think ctors are the most popular, then musicians, then athletes.
