I am so stupid so of course guilty... I used to reverse overdraft fees for my own benefit, all of them went to my account and although I no longer work at that bank anymore they found out and I'm afraid of what's going to happen to me, please do not call me names or anything because the pressure is already big and I know what I did was very wrong and whatever comes to me I deserve it... but I want to be ready for when the time comes, if they are gonna do anything which I'm sure they will sigh. The ammount of money I got out of this is around 8,000 throughout the course of a year so am I facing jail time here if they do prosecute? there is another side to this story though because I used other ppl's ids not mine so there is no other proof that I did it myself besides the fact that all the fees reversed are on my bank account... what do you think they will do? please help me be ready for when the time comes to pay for my mistakes.

YOU'RE GOIN DOWN!!!!!!!

Seriously: you need a lawyer. Unless someone on this site is a judge, proscecutor, cop, criminal that did the same you are not going to get sufficient information. The fact that you are admittting to your wrong doing is a positive.
If this is your first crime, your punishment may not be that harsh but I am not a lawyer so do not quote me. Judge's do favor those that are sincere in admitting to their wrong doing and accepting responsibility for it
Right now your are looking at identity theft, larceny, embezzlement, and a whole lot of stuff. Start looking for a lawyer now, be honest with him and open-minded. If you still have the money that you stole DO NOT SPEND ANY OF IT. That will get you into more trouble. If you have a warrant, turn your self in and pray for the best. The fact that you are being honest now is the first step and I'm sure good can come from that but you have to be willing to accept the consequences good and bad.

You will definately need to get a lawyer. You may serve some time, or get a suspended sentence. You will probably have to make restitution for the amount of money that you took. I really don't mean to be rude, but I have to wonder...did you take the money because you really needed it for a legitimate reason or because you thought you'd get away with it? And are you sorry because it was wrong to do or because you've been caught? Again, I don't mean to be rude...it's just human curiosity.

Okay, firstly it's not my place to judge you. Secondly you need to get a good lawyer and tell him everything, be totally up front so he can help you. Thirdly, when you go into that courtroom make sure you have done everything in your power to make restitution, and I mean every single penny of it paid back.
I think it shows a lot that you feel badly about it...just keep moving forward. If you have to do time then do your time and learn from it. Peace and good luck!
