Last week I got in an argument with my girlfriend about guys vs girls. To make a long story short we made a bet that her roommate and her couldn't pin me and I lost. They made me agree to let them pick my Halloween costume. They told me it wouldn't be too bad. They had five costumes in mind (a pirate, a mental patient, a vampire, a cop, or a superhero) and I could pick which one I wanted. This didn't sound bad at all until I saw what they had in mind. I have to wear this costume for 3 different parties. Which of these do you think is the least embarrassing. I am really stuck trying to find the best alternative out of the 5 and feeling pretty silly that I'm going to be picking one of them. I don't know if they're expecting makeup, heels, or shaving.

The straight jacket isn't bad, but its short and I am not sure if I could move in it which may well be why they picked it.

a pirate...thry can make you look messy and you wouldn't have to worry about keeping the costume in all perfect shape...plus they would know what you were right away.

None of them are, you have to remember that's what halloween is for. So pick one and go all out and have some fun with it. If you decide to wear make-up, do it a bit sloppy and tell the other party-goers that this is your impression of how you g/f does her make-up and tease her a bit.
