I am intersted in working in the United Kingdom and I'm also an American. What would be the best way to find a job that would sponsor me? I have had no success and it's getting frustrating. Has anyone had any succuss?

I worked in the UK for a year and found it fairly easy to get a visa. (Then again, I'm a teacher and there is a big need for teachers there.) Check out this site to find what visa you need to apply for.
