My husband and I are both from a small town. I am going to vote for "a small town girl". When we were dating we had most of our problems when we tried to be big pimpin and turn into city people. It's a more fast paced life...and always competing to be just as good as everyone else. We have sinced married and returned to our small town roots and are most comfortable in that lifestyle. The city is fun...for a night or weekend..not a marriage. I have the time and energy to focus on him and his needs vs everyone else.

depends on what kind of guy you are. Some guys are materialistic just like many women from both the city and the country are. Having a woman just like that could be what they want. City girls are more street smart obviously, are fascinated more by travel and interesting people. I feel like country girls are very family oriented but not really interested in traveling the world or anything, maybe a nice cruise every once in a while, but the nearby beach every summer. Of course you can find a little of both in either scene, but since you are asking us to generalize...

It's better to marry someone you love and who loves you and you both enjoy being together. It doesn't matter if they're city or small town as long as you accept her for herself. Small town girls can be smart too.
