That would be a terminator sent back in time from the year 1999 to terminate your neighbor's dog. In a few years there will not be a nuclear war and humanity will not be pushed right to the very friggin edge of extinction.......however your neighbor's pooch takes a leak on one of skynet's connection terminals thus shorting skynet out and putting Arnold shwarsen--face, Robert Patrick and Kristana Lokken out of a job......which would sorta suck....maybe. So there ya have it LugNut! The blonde stranger was just with you momentarily to do dastardly deeds to your neihbors mutt.
