Hoop earrings ARE NOT tacky. Extremely large hoop earrings ARE tacky.

No, I always wear hoop earrings. They're only tacky when:
-They have more than a 3 inch diameter.
-There are millions of them up your entire ear.
Otherwise, they're pretty stylish.

I've been a fan of hoop earrings since I started noticing girls. They are especially fly if they're octagonal!

Hoop earings aren't usually TACKY, but if they're really lare they can be.

all depends on what you are wearing them with.. do you have long or short hair? are they gaudy or just regular hoops?.. plus DO YOU LIKE THEM!? then who cares what other folks think!
