I just saw it on the new miller light commerical and i want one so i can use it at high school football games.

Foamboard, GreatStuff, and drywall spackel. Make a frame out of 1x2 wood.

Just how big do you want it to be.
They do make over sized light switch cover plates.
Check out Home Depot.
Ooops on second thought you will have to make it you self.
Measure a standard one & increase to the size you want it to be.
Like 1" = to 1' You can make it out of plastic, cardboard, masonite
plywood, poster board or what ever you have in the size you want.

I haven't seen the commercial yet but try getting a holed of miller. Otherwise I'de have to say you'll need to make one on your own. It would also be cheaper I think.

Umm.. you can make one out of cardboard, a sheet of Styrofoam, or even wood. It's just a rectangle with a hole out of the center.
