Answer, " Why would you like to know?"
Some people just ask to be nosey & in ur business.
But if it's something serious tell someone u trust,
it's not good to hold things in and later feel like
you have the weight of the world on you! Be strong
it'll all work out....it always does! :>)

say, "it's nothing for you to be worried about. I can handle it."
Try not to say "nothing" all the time. Because people tend to be more curious when they hear that word since they know that that "nothing" is really something.

then try to ask hthat person something that might take his attention away from his question like, "what's for dinner?" or "how have you been today, is everything cool?"

This way all the atention would be on that person and not on to you.

When something personal is bothering me and it is obvious to others I always say that I am just really tired.

I say nothing, start laughing and suggest to do something that completely avoids the subject.
