You can only get it online or in (The treehugging, hippie capital of the world) San Francisco.
But why are you buying a comercialized product that only gives ten bucks to a charity that takes 50% in "Processing" fees from that 10$?

i basically have been given a pink one! i replaced into pondering pink, yet i presumed that replaced into too dark. i'm now no longer the variety of great fan of pink, yet as quickly as you honestly prefer the unique then go with for it woman!!!! to boot the shown certainty that pink is the variety of rather colour! it basically relies upon on what your opinion is! stable fulfillment, and that i wish i helped! =]
