No. Regardless of what feminists think, women and men are NOT the same. A lot of women are not "wired" for the demands of the military. That said, I'm all for women voluntarily enlisting. I tried after 9/11, and was told I had "too many children" (2 was apparently too many!). Now I have 4, plus 3 step-kids, so I support our troops by writing letters and sending gifts.

If the draft is restored, I'm sure women will be required to register along with men. I don't believe women should be required to register, but neither do I think men should be required to register. I don't think the draft should be restored.

Given that it's unlikely that the draft will ever be reinstated, I'm not sure even men should have to register for it. But, should such a drastic emergency occur, I'd be surprised if the government could be so choosy as to exclude half the population. So yes, I think either EVERYBODY should register, or nobody.

If they ever bring the draft back, women will be required to register to. We already have women in combat zones.

No, the battlefield is not the place for women! Even though they can do it, don't get me wrong, I just don't think the men should be distracted by the women.
