your asking about the homepage?? if so, on your desktop, right click on the Internet Explorer icon and choose the PROPERTIES option. When the little window pops up, on the top there should be soemthing that says HOME PAGE. In that block, just type in the URL of the webpage you want as your homepage. Click APPLY and then OK. After that.... you should be set.

Depending on what version of Internet Explorer... the tools icon on teh Internet Explorer page itself may be on teh top left or towards the top right.

Go to TOOLS and go to the bottom of the list where it says INTERNET OPTIONS. Click on that You will have the GENERAL tab open where you can put in a new web address under the HOME PAGE section.. This will get it to pop up as your fave every time!

Top LH of page, Tools, Internet Options, and under General Tab type in your URL, such as www.yahoo.com. That sets your home page.

Do you mean homepage.

Open IE. Goto Tools > Internet Options.
Change the Homepage to one you want. Mine is http://www.google.com/

Tips.
1. Popup.
if some page pops-up then you might have adware, spamware...get it out with Spybot

click Tools tab at the top right of the page, go down to Options,click.
and depending on your browser it should have an option to change home page.

Go to "tools" "internet options" and type in the webpage that you want to be the first one you see. (Home Page). in box.

Hope that helps.

Also,
Right click on the two little pc's on your taskbar right bottom and click on "application settings" then at the bottom you can type in the home page again. If you want yahoo type in "http://www.yahoo.com (or copy this and paste it.)

sounds like spyware, go to download.com and search for Spybot, make sure its spybot S&D (Search and Destroy is what that means...) then make sure to install it and do the updates, do a scan , and fix problems, its called a browers hijacker. Good Luck!
