You're kidding, right??? The Philippines, being the mail-order bride capital on Earth not only uses Internet resources--but they're very high tech savvy. My word on that: mail order brides are for suckers; you might as well waste your $$$ on a casino craps table.
The economic structure in the Philippines, being a few notches below ours (even though they DO accept/recognise US $) has consumer PCs (and some surely DO have USB and DSL access). The Philippines isn't as "third world" as they were 40 or so years ago. And computer biz whispers are that the Philippines may well be a global high tech powerhouse in the next 15 or so years from now!
