The girls as guys thing is always fun to do. Steal a boyfriends or brothers clothes and dress and act like a guy. The good fairy thing is easy to do if you have an old prom dress, get a branch decorate it with scarves, christmas garland, or just anything flowy or sparkly. Then make a crown either out of decorated paper or a jeweled head band. A gypsy costume is always easy to do, scarve for the head, jewerly that's big and gaudy or makes noice, peasant top, and long flowing skirt. The scarf around the waist as well as the head, add a fake sword the scarf belt and voila a lady pirate. Thirft stores are a great place to come up with halloween costumes and you can't beat a complete outfit jewelry and all for under $20.

How about the "old spice" girls? Dress as the spice girls but then put support hose over your tights, white wigs and shawls.
Or decorate boxes to look like dice and go as "four of a kind" from Yahtzee
Or one you dress like a pimp and the others wrap a garden hose around you, you could be a pimp with her "ho's"
