Laws are unfortunately never black and white. If it were so easy, we'd never need judges, juries, or courts. But the fact of the matter is that just about anything that is illegal is actually okay given the right set of circumstances.

1. Media who publish leaked classified information.
2. Liberals who shout down conservatives on college campuses. They should be arrested for throwing things at people.
3. The tax system. It violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution by taxing people at different rates.
4. Property taxes. Most of local property taxes go to government schools. People who have kids should pay more taxes and those who do not less.
5. Government should get out of the education system. They stink and do not get results.

Government intrusion into our lives should be made illegal.
There are too many laws already, we need to start getting rid of the bad ones before we think about adding more.

You have to start with a law first.then you see the loop holes in it and modify as you go and see fit in certain cases.
