Maybe it a joke reference to actress Adrianne Barbot *who was in the original "Swamp Thing"
Edit: I think D did spell it right. She was indeed on Maude and is rather well endowed in the chest region*

All I know is Adrian Bardeau (not sure of exact spelling) is an actress that played "Maude's"daughter. She is known for her rather "large chest".

It s a reference from the show Sealab 2021 in which the characters decide they are going to put themselves into robot bodies. Captain Murphy wants to be the Adrian Barbobot.
