In the Bible it says basically one day (human time) is as 1000 years with God. So if one day equals 1000 years, what would one half hour be? Anyone good at math that can figure this out?

Since 1 day = 24 hours (or 48 half-hours), then a half hour would equal 1000 years divided by 48:

1000/48 = 125/6 years, or 20-5/6 yrs.

Well since other people answered your real question I must point out that the correct reading is "one day IS AS 1000 years to God". This verse is an illustration as to God being timeless. In the Bible, as in the book of Genesis the Hebrew word for day is a literal 24 hour period. So, for example, the first day of Creation wasn't 1000 years it was a literal 24 hr period.
