A scab on the penis that keeps coming back then going away?

My husband has this one spot on his penis that, for about 5 years now, will appear and stay for about a week, then disappear as fast as it came. It looks like a scab with a red ring around it. It's not an std because we're both only with each other and are clean. I know because I was pregnant when I was pregnant. The scab feels smooth like a birth mark. Should I be worried there is something wrong with him healthwise?

It only appears about two times a year. It's the strangest thing. Just when we think it's gone forever it's back. He insists he's not gonna show the doctor his penis......men

Don't want to start something when maybe nothing is there but have you thought that maybe one reason he doesn't want to go to the doctor is because he may not have always been as faithful as you would think and he is concerned that if he goes to a doctor and is diagnosed with an STD that his secret will come out? Again I don't know your realtionship but for your health and safety you need to know for sure. He needs to get tested. If he won't go, the best way to get him to go is just tell him "You no go. WE no go."

He should see a doctor. You know your husband doesn't have any STD's because you were pregnant when you were pregnant? Hmmmmmmm. Next time this little miracle scab appears, your one and only should see a doctor. It sounds like the herpes virus.

Sounds like an STD. He was with someone else 5 years ago. And this has been happening for 5 years.
